11-year-old boy, killed while visiting relatives

He must have been 'in the wrong place at the wrong time'.  He was killed by members of the notorious gang calling itself the 'IDF'. Should anyone be bothered to investigate this death, which is very unlikely, it is expected that they will be met by a wall of silence and obfuscation.
